The beaded part of this earring reminds me of an oriental lamp. But if the lamp doesn’t light up, the colored resin disc above it will shine.

The size of the earrings: measured from the top of the hooks, is approx. 4.5 cm. The disc is 1.3 cm, and the lamp is 1 cm.
