Is it possible to order unique pieces (based on color, shape, size) of the jewelry??
Naturally! You can also order one and only one or a limited number of pieces of jewelry based on unique needs, requests, and ideas. The basic idea of my large PureShapes collection is that you can create your own jewelry from the basic shapes. You can choose the colors and the shapes.
If you have any unique ideas, feel free to ask.
How to clean the beaded jewelry?
Bead jewelry should not be cleaned in a general way! After all, the threads used to string the beads cannot withstand chemicals, as do most beads. The cleaning of the beaded products is mainly done dry: you need to brush carefully with a small brush to remove dust and deposits from and among the beads.
Is there a guarantee (breakage, scratching, gluing) for the jewelry?
If used as intended, I have 1 year guarantee for my jewelry. During this time, I will repair the jewelry free of charge (in case of wear and tear due to intended use). The buyer is responsible for the return postage.
Can people with metal sensitivities wear the jewelry?
I designed my PureShapes collection in such a way that all its parts are made of stainless steel, so that people with allergies can also wear them. Among my unique jewelry, however, there are some whose parts are plain bijou base alloys. In the jewelry descriptions, I indicate if the metal can also be used by people with allergies. On request, I can always provide something that can be worn by people with allergies!
