Shipping

After receiving your order we will send you a notification and we will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. If the items ordered are not in stock we will contact you immediately and you will be informed about the expected delivery.

Orders paid, will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by PostNL.
You MUST enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order or write to me before I’ve sent you the package. I don’t do double checks, so if you enter an incorrect address, I am not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at my own expense.

You will be notified with tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can happen that packages may be delayed at the sorting centre of PostNL (Dutch Parcel Company). We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages at PostNL. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation.

An invoice will be sent by email after each order is fulfilled. If you would like to receive an itemized invoice (each item listed individually) or a paper-based invoice, please enter it as a comment in the order, otherwise we will fill out a simple electronic invoice.

Payment

Proceed to checkout and pay with credit card or IDeal or bank transfer (the bank transfer payments need to be paid within 5 business days).

The cost of delivery depends on the method of the delivery. When placing the order, you can choose the payment and delivery method that suits you.

The date of sending the package depends on the time when the payment was done  and the time of production. We always try to communicate this to the customer!

All jewelry will be neatly packed and sent by PostNL. Small packeges which fit in an envelop can be shipped either as a letterbox package, or as a parcel. The letterbox shipping doesn’t come with tracking information, but is the cheaper option.
