An Honest Confession About Gemstones
I want to start with an honest confession: I am not a gemstone expert. I don’t know their healing properties. I can’t tell you which stone belongs to which zodiac sign, and I don’t know how to ‘charge’ them with energy. In short, I am not an expert on the metaphysical side of minerals at all.
My Love for Natural Beauty
I love gemstones simply for their incredible, natural beauty. They are gorgeous stones. I can get completely lost in their colors, their textures, and the amazing lines and patterns inside them. To me, they are tiny pieces of art, created by nature, and I find it impossible to walk past them without being captivated.
Sourcing and a Loving Process

I always try to buy my stones from reliable places, where I know experts have sourced them. For my larger stones, which I use for pendants (and for a new collection I’m planning!), I often visit mineral fairs. My smaller beads, of course, come from trusted wholesalers.
But every single stone that becomes part of my jewelry goes through its own little ‘audition’. I hold them, care for them, and make sure they pass my own aesthetic tests. I am very careful when I bead with them and around them. I protect and cherish them until they find their final, loving home.
Simple Beauty: My Gemstone Bracelets

My simplest gemstone jewelry pieces are my bracelets. But even in their simplicity, you can see so many variations. I have them in stock with small beads, large beads, and even giant beads, so there’s a style for everyone.
There are the inexpensive ones, perfect for everyday wear. These are often what is called synthetic turquoise – where tiny, sometimes sand-sized, pieces of real stone are pressed together to look like one large stone. They are man-made, not created by nature in this form. And then there are the genuine gemstones, which are polished from real, natural stones. These are a bit more valuable.
And finally, there are the bracelets where I’ve added my own signature touch: in between the beautiful stones, I’ve beaded tiny, color-matching ‘beaded beads’. Because I am a beadweaver, and I love to play with tiny glass beads!
A Look at Pendants and Future Plans

Right now, I have very few gemstone pendants in stock. But I must admit, I have at least 50 beautiful gemstone cabochons sitting in my drawer, just waiting for me to have the time to pick them up, find the perfect beads for them, and create something beautiful. The collage in this post shows many of my older, already sold pendants to give you some inspiration.
If you ever have a special request, please let me know. I would be happy to create new gemstone pendants for you!
