Shipping

After receiving your order we will send you a notification and we will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. If the items ordered are not in stock we will contact you immediately and you will be informed about the expected delivery.

Orders paid, will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by PostNL.

You MUST enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order or write to me before I’ve sent you the package. I don’t do double checks, so if you enter an incorrect address, I am not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at my own expense.

You will be notified with tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can happen that packages may be delayed at the sorting centre of PostNL (Dutch Parcel Company). We cannot be held accountable for the delayed packages at PostNL. Also exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to receive compensation.

An invoice will be sent by email after each order is fulfilled. If you would like to receive an itemized invoice (each item listed individually) or a paper-based invoice, please enter it as a comment in the order, otherwise we will fill out a simple electronic invoice.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEE POLICY

14-Day Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received the item.

Condition: The returned jewelry must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of wear (e.g., perfume, makeup, scratches).
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the undamaged jewelry, we will issue a full refund for the price of the item itself.
Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
